Our Story
RaspberryPints was born in 2014 from a popular HomeBrewTalk forum thread titled "Any interest in digital tap lists?". What began as a collaborative community project quickly gained traction among homebrewers who wanted a better way to showcase their creations.
The original community-driven version pioneered the integration of flow meters to track keg volume — a revolutionary feature at the time. Though the project went dormant after about a year, it left a lasting impression on many, including Shawn Kemp, who was one of the main engineers and leaders of the original project.
In 2024, Kemp revived RaspberryPints as a modern SaaS platform, reimagining it with significantly easier setup and usage while maintaining the spirit of the original project. The new RaspberryPints combines the passion of the homebrewing community with enterprise-grade technology to create a solution that serves breweries of all sizes.
