Do I need technical skills to use RaspberryPints?
No! RaspberryPints is designed to be user-friendly and accessible to brewery owners regardless of technical background. Our setup guides will walk you through everything you need to know.
Is RaspberryPints only for commercial breweries?
Not at all! While many commercial breweries use RaspberryPints, it's also perfect for homebrewers, beer enthusiasts, and small taprooms.
Subscription & Pricing
How much does RaspberryPints cost?
RaspberryPints offers several pricing tiers to fit different needs. Visit our pricing page to see current rates and features.
Can I change my subscription level later?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your subscription at any time. Changes typically take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer a free trial?
No, we don't currently offer a free trial. However, we do offer a free tier with basic features that you can use to evaluate the platform.
Why is the free tier greyed out and says "Already Subscribed"?
Each RaspberryPints account is limited to one free tier license. If you see the free tier option greyed out with "Already Subscribed," it means you've already used your free tier allocation for this account. You can only have one free tier license per account. To access RaspberryPints again, you'll need to purchase a paid subscription plan.
Account Management
How do I add staff members to my RaspberryPints account?
You can invite team members from the Team page in your admin panel. Enter their email address, assign a role (Manager or Staff), and click Send Invite. They'll receive an email with a link to accept. Team members only need a free RaspberryPints account — no license required. See our Team Management guide for details.
Can I have multiple locations under one account?
Currently, each license supports one brewery location. If you have multiple locations, you'll need a separate license for each brewery.
How do I reset my password?
Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password." Follow the instructions sent to your email to reset your password.
What is the Display Editor?
The Display Editor is a drag-and-drop layout builder for your TV taplist display (Basic plan and above). You can create multi-page rotating layouts with custom components, images, messages, and Untappd integrations. Access it from the Display Editor link in your admin sidebar.
What is the Menu Builder?
The Menu Builder lets you design printable PDF menus for your taproom (Basic plan and above). You can add beer lists, headings, images, and custom text to create professional menus that match your branding. Currently in beta.
Can I generate a QR code for my taplist?
Yes! The QR Code page in your admin panel lets you generate a fully customizable QR code. You can adjust colors, dot styles, add your logo, and download in multiple sizes for table tents, posters, or business cards.
Can I embed my taplist on my website?
Yes, the Embed feature (Basic plan and above) generates a lightweight embed code you can paste into any website. You can customize the layout, theme, colors, and which fields to show. It works with Squarespace, Wix, WordPress, Shopify, and any platform that supports custom HTML.

Free tier includes community support. Basic plan includes email support. Professional plan includes priority email support and dedicated account management.
