Team Management

Team Management lets you invite other people to help manage your brewery's taplist. You can assign roles to control what each person can do, and team members don't need their own license — just a free RaspberryPints account.

Roles Overview

RoleWhat They Can Do
OwnerFull access to all features
ManagerAdd/edit beers and taps, configure settings, manage layouts, view team, and invite members
StaffAdd/edit beers, and tap and untap kegs

Requirements

  • Plan: Team Management is available on Basic and Professional plans
  • Role: You must be a Manager or Owner to invite new members
  • Invitees: Team members need a free RaspberryPints account to accept an invitation — no license or purchase required

Accessing Multiple Breweries

If you've been invited to one or more breweries, you can see them all from your My Account page under Delegated Breweries. From there you can jump directly into any brewery's admin panel.
