Accepting an Invitation

When someone invites you to help manage their brewery, you'll receive an email with an invitation link. Here's how to accept it.

Step 1: Open the Invitation Link

Click the link in the invitation email (or paste the link you were sent). You'll see a page that says "You've Been Invited" along with the brewery name and your assigned role.

Step 2: Log In or Create an Account

  • If you already have a RaspberryPints account: Click Log In to Accept and sign in with your existing credentials
  • If you're new to RaspberryPints: Click Create Account to sign up for a free account first, then you'll be returned to the invitation page

You don't need to purchase a license — a free account is all that's required.

Step 3: Accept the Invitation

Once logged in, you'll see the invitation details:

You've been invited to join Brewery Name as a Manager.

Click Accept Invitation to join the brewery's team.

Step 4: Go to the Admin Panel

After accepting, you'll see a confirmation:

You have successfully joined Brewery Name as a Manager.

Click Go to Dashboard to open the brewery's admin panel and start managing the taplist.

Viewing Your Breweries

If you're a member of one or more breweries, you can find them on your My Account page:

  • Your Breweries - Breweries you own (tied to your license)
  • Delegated Breweries - Breweries you've been invited to as a team member

Each delegated brewery shows your role and has an Open Admin button to jump straight into the admin panel.

Troubleshooting

"Wrong Account" Message

If you see "Wrong Account" when opening the invitation, it means you're logged in with a different email than the one the invitation was sent to. Click Switch Account to log out and sign in with the correct email.

"Invitation Expired" Message

Invitations expire after a set period. Ask the brewery owner or manager to send a new invitation from their Team page.

"Invitation Already Used" Message

Each invitation can only be accepted once. If you've already accepted it, go to your My Account page and look under Delegated Breweries to find the brewery.

"Invitation Revoked" Message

The brewery owner or manager cancelled this invitation. Contact them to request a new one.
