Creating Your Account

Getting started with RaspberryPints is quick and easy. This guide will walk you through creating your account and completing the email verification process.

Step 1: Sign Up

  1. Visit the RaspberryPints signup page
  2. Fill in your account information:
    • Email Address - This will be your login username
    • Password - Must meet security requirements (see below)
    • Confirm Password - Re-enter your password to confirm

Password Requirements

Your password must include:

  • At least 8 characters
  • At least one uppercase letter (A-Z)
  • At least one lowercase letter (a-z)
  • At least one number (0-9)
  • At least one special character (!@#$%^&*)

MyBrewery2024! - Contains uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters

Step 2: Email Verification

After submitting your signup form:

  1. Check Your Email - Look for a verification email from RaspberryPints
  2. Find the Verification Code - The email contains a 6-digit verification code
  3. Enter the Code - Return to the verification page and enter your 6-digit code
  4. Complete Verification - Click "Verify Account" to activate your account

Didn't Receive the Email?

If you don't see the verification email within 5 minutes:

  1. Check Your Spam Folder - Verification emails sometimes end up in spam
  2. Verify Email Address - Make sure you entered your email correctly during signup
  3. Resend Verification - Click "Resend Code" on the verification page
  4. Wait a Few Minutes - Email delivery can sometimes be delayed

Email Verification Troubleshooting

Problem: "Invalid verification code" error
Solution:

  • Make sure you're entering the 6-digit code exactly as shown in the email
  • Check that you're using the most recent email (codes expire after 24 hours)
  • Request a new verification code if the current one has expired

Problem: Verification email never arrives
Solution:

  • Add noreply@raspberrypints.com to your email contacts
  • Check with your IT department if using a corporate email
  • Try using a different email address if problems persist

Step 3: First Login

Once your email is verified:

  1. Automatic Login - You'll be automatically logged in after verification
  2. Manual Login - For future visits, use the login page with your email and password
  3. My Account - You'll be redirected to your My Account page

What Happens Next?

After creating your account, you'll need to:

  1. Purchase a License - Choose your subscription plan
  2. Set Up Your Brewery - Create your brewery profile
  3. Access Your Taplist - Start managing your beer menu

  • Don't Share Credentials - Keep your login information secure
  • Update Contact Info - Keep your email address current for important notifications
  • Regular Password Changes - Consider changing your password periodically
