Taplist shows "private" message
Your taplist is set to private. To fix:
- Go to your admin panel (yourbrewery.taplists.raspberrypints.com/admin)
- Navigate to Settings
- Enable "Enable public taplist"
- Save settings
App stuck on loading screen

- Make sure it's set as the Active layout

- Refresh the app (press PLAY/PAUSE or use menu)
Display looks different than expected
- The Fire TV renders your actual web taplist, so what you see in the admin preview is what you'll get
- Check your layout at the full taplist URL in a browser to compare
- Make sure any custom CSS is compatible with WebView rendering
Tips for Best Results
Optimal Display Settings
- Use landscape layouts - Fire TV is always landscape orientation
- Large fonts - Text should be readable from across the room
- High contrast - Dark backgrounds with light text work well on TVs
- Simple layouts - Avoid cluttered designs that are hard to read at a distance
Network Recommendations
- Wired connection - Use Ethernet adapter for most reliable connection
- Strong WiFi - Position your Fire TV with good signal strength
- Stable internet - The app needs consistent internet access
Power Management
- Fire TV may sleep after inactivity - adjust your Fire TV's sleep settings if needed
- Consider using a dedicated Fire TV for your taplist display
- Keep the Fire TV plugged in continuously for always-on display

If you need to display a different brewery's taplist:
- Press BACK on your remote
- Select Change Brewery
- Enter the new subdomain
- Press Connect to Taplist
The app will remember the new subdomain for future launches.
